Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This policy explains what information Evenkeel Sheets ("we", "us") collects when you visit evenkeelsheets.com or buy one of our products, and how it is used.

Payments and orders

Our products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment and billing details (such as your name, email address, billing address and card details) on its secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Lemon Squeezy shares order details with us, such as your name, email address and what you bought, so we can deliver your download and help with support or refunds. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your data is covered by its own privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram work. The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to record events such as page views, product views and when someone starts or completes checkout. This information may include your IP address, browser details, the pages you visit and an identifier from the ad you clicked.

Meta may use this information to measure ad results and to show ads to people, as described in Meta's Data Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Lemon Squeezy's checkout may also use cookies needed to process your order.

Emails

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide the product, handle refunds and meet legal and tax obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email us at the address below.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
