Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you use evenkeelsheets.com or buy a product from Evenkeel Sheets ("we", "us"). By buying or using our products, you agree to them.

Digital products

Our products are digital files (spreadsheet templates and PDF guides) delivered by download. Nothing is shipped. After checkout you receive a download link by email and on the order confirmation page. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and its terms also apply to your purchase.

Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, email support@evenkeelsheets.com within 14 days of your order date and we will refund you. Please include the email address you used at checkout or your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

License: personal use only

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own household budgeting. You may make copies for your own use and edit them as you like.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the files or edited versions of them, whether free or paid, including uploading them to websites, marketplaces, file-sharing services or shared drives open to others.

Not financial advice

Our products are planning tools. They do not provide financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Any figures in the files, including the filled-in examples, are for illustration only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions; consider speaking with a qualified professional for advice about your situation.

Accuracy and compatibility

We work to make our templates accurate and easy to use in Excel 2010 or newer and Google Sheets. Please check the numbers you enter and the results you rely on. The products are provided "as is," and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
